The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Latina L. Lara, 39, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, striking a legally parked vehicle and attempting to leave the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Amber M. Chadd, 23, 701 Barberry St., and Rebecca L. Sailors, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Keri L. Herron, 18, of Essex, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Charles A. White, 25, 2405 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* A 11-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self and others.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Susan B. Crowley, 48, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, burglary and property damage.

* A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of burglary.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of violation of order of protection.

Summonses

* Jessica L. Lacy, 21, 2838 Independence St., received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Joshua J. Wilson, 20, 1919 Old Sprigg Street Road, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Thefts

* A guitar, drum stand and briefcase were reported stolen at 535 Broadway.

* A Ford Windstar van was reported stolen at 316 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* The fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* Peace disturbances were reported at 36 N. Spanish St. and 115 Themis St.
