* John T. Haggerty, 42, 2329 Palomino St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Katie Michele Blattel, 22, 275 Paiute Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and cited for failure to yield.
* Jeffrey Fischer Rose, 49, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for theft.
* A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Three juveniles were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
* Kelly Lynn Fuller, 41, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant for domestic assault.
* Randy Joe Green, 46, 1218 College St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, receiving stolen property and failure to signal.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* Meyer Supply, 608 Good Hope St., reported copper stolen.
* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.
* Huck's Convenience Store, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported lottery tickets stolen.
* Michael M. Myer, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle and no insurance.
* George W. Pendergrass, no age given, 3120 Independence St., was cited for failure to yield.
* Blake A. Kiefer, 21, of Jackson was issued a summons for property damage.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Assault and armed criminal action were reported.
* Auburn Place Hotels, 3265 William St., reported property damage and peace disturbance.
* A 35-year-old man was taken into custody.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of sexual abuse.
* Trespassing was reported.
