The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Frderick B. Stetz, 31, 152 Lagoon St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, a stop-sign violation, careless and imprudent driving and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing and possession of marijuana.

* Aaron M. Pullen, 17, 443 Marie St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Summons

* Angel L. Tyler, no age given, 319 Park Drive, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of a firearm were reported at 1637 Themis St.

* Burglary, theft of medication and shoes and damage to a window were reported at 103 Clark Ave.

* Clothing was reported stolen at The Children's Place, 3049 William St.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 33 N. Main St.

* Theft and forgery were reported.

* Fuel was reported stolen and fuel lines damaged at 2350 Rust Ave.

Property damage

* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 239 N. Middle St.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of a child protection order was reported.

* Endangering the welfare of a child and possession of methamphetamine were reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 47-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Park curfew violation and resisting arrest were reported.

SOUTHEAST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

Theft

* Cash was reported stolen at the Rec Center.
