DWIs

  • David E. Penny, 26, 132 S. Benton St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Tianyao Ji, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to use headlights, no driver's license and expired plates.

Arrests

  • Henry H. Kennemore III, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Missouri Department of Corrections warrant for parole absconder.
  • Jimmy Southard, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for no proof of insurance.
  • Saad S. Almushawwah, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and no operator's license.
  • A suspect was in custory pending formal charges of possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • Amy L. Blair, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield to oncoming traffic.
  • Amber L. Gonz, no age given, of Farmington, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely.
  • Tomeika L. Patterson, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for resisting or interfering with arrest, no tail lights and no driver's license.
  • Paul Christopher Lynch, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a leash-law violation and failure to have a city animal license.
  • Jane F. Burford, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • Seannita L. Claret, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
