CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Chelsea R. Van Duyme, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and crossing the center lane of travel.

Arrests

• Jarekious D. Bradley, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance.
• Jaron L. Clark, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
• Chase C. Guerico, 22, of Waterloo, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of having a nuisance party, resisting arrest, unlawful use of a license and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Brett L. Marsala, 22, of Waterloo, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of resiting or interferrng with arrest and having a nusiance party.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft of colognes, a phone case and ink pens from Kmart.

• Christopher R. Smith, 26, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for assault.
• Jill M. Brown, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.
• Thomas A. Brown, 20, of Northwoods, Missouri, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Kelsey M. Quargnenti, 20, of St. Charles, Missouri, was issued a summons for minor in possesion of alcohol.
• Georgia E. Dowson, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issues a summons for animal leash-law violation.
• Tyler F. Fickas, 22, of Waterloo, Illinois, was issued a summons for having a nuisance party.
• Ian E. Reitz, 22, of Waterloo, Illinois, was issued a summons for having a nuisance party.
• Oanh K. Le, 30, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for having a nuisance party.
• Phuc V. Dang, 41, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for interferring with arrest.
• Jamine H. Le, 30, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to obey police officer and having a nuisance party.
• Minnie L. Patterson, 38, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for property damage.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

• A report of assault, burglary, possession of burglary tools and unlawful use of a weapon was reported, subject in custody pending formal charges.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Identity theft was reported.
• Potting soil, Halloween decorations and a plastic bench were reported stolen.
