CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Ryan M. McCormick, 163 S. Legend, Jackson, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Theft

* Theft of money and fraudulent use of a credit card were reported at 3120 Themis St.

Property damage

* Property damage and stealing from a motor vehicle were reported at 740 S. Kingshighway.

* A broken vehicle windshield was reported at 1893 El Rio Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 500 S. Frederick St. Gunshots were reported heard in the area.

* Two people reported unlawful misuse of an electronic benefits transfer card at 1118 Cousin St.
