The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending charges of domestic assault.
• A suspect was in custody pending charges of assault at 616 Boxwood Drive.
• Antonio Cooper, 22, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration at North Clark Avenue and Broadway.

Summons

• Tiara L. Hodge, 24, of Carbondale, Illinois, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Macy's, 3049 William St.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• Items were reported stolen from a vehicle at 2868 Whitener St.
• Theft was reported at 319 N. Frederick St.
• Items were reported stolen from a vehicle at 325 N. Sprigg St.
• Clothing was reported stolen from a building at 2831 Whitener St.
• Theft and counterfeiting were reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 202 Siemers Drive.
• A residential mailbox was reported damaged on North Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A warrant of commitment was reported on Independence Street.
• Protective custody was reported.
• Fraud was reported at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
• Protective custody was reported.
