The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Clayton L. Stoverink, 21, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Willis B. Penrose, 31, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Christopher Metcalf, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on suspicion of false declaration.

* Derrick L. Jones, 47, 605 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Brandon L. Thorne, 17, 319 N. Louisiana St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

* A juvenile was issued a summons for stealing.

Theft

* Stealing was reported at 1421 Whitener St.

* Electronics were reported stolen at 7 N. Benton St.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Road.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at the intersection of Main and Independence streets.
