The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Matthew R. King, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, no insurance and failure to signal.
  • Devon C. Brooks, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Donzell J. Foster, 24, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Krista D. Seabaugh, 37, 511 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Kevin M. Light, 40, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on two Butler County warrants for assault and domestic assault.
  • Robert J. Reynolds, 33, of Whitewater was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a show-cause order or improper registration.
  • Angel L. Carrasquillo, 35, unknown address, was arrested on a Columbia, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
  • William C. Diggs, 33, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for a parole violation, stolen vehicle and assault.
  • Nicole M. Greable, 40, 45 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for assault and failure to appear for trespassing.
  • Curtis D. Lailer, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for obstructing a criminal investigation.

Summons

  • Jackie W. Henson, 51, of Doniphan, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Thefts

  • A wallet and its contents, calculator, flashdrive, bookbag and car key were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 436 S. Spring Ave.

  • Tools were reported stolen from a vehicle at 536 S. Spring Ave.
  • Packages were reported stolen at 3126 Themis St.
  • Theft from a vehicle was reported at 445 S. Spring Ave.
  • Theft from a vehicle was reported at 442 S. Spring Ave.
  • Theft was reported at Rhodes 101 Stop, 449 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary

  • Burglary and the theft of electronics and clothing were reported at 245 N. Park Ave.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 115 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

  • Making a terrorist threat was reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia were reported.
  • A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Failure to return rented property was reported at U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway.
