Arrests

* Brian A. Mears, 25, of Arbyrd, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, trespassing and stealing.

* Dennis W. Harkins, 52, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Ramondo C. Williams, 33, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. 7, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for driving while revoked.

* Adrin K. Nunley, 25, 709 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the street.

* Evan D. Tillman, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to return to confinement.

* Curtis Avance, 24, 1448 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Corey Allen Heffner, 19, 2777 Lynwood Hills Drive, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of peace disturbance.

Burglaries

* A burglary and the theft of a PlayStation, game and Hitachi projector were reported at 1325 N. West End Blvd.

* A burglary and the theft of jewelry were reported at 1924 Carolina Lane.
