The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert L. McGraw, 44, 555 N. Spring Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and with no driver's license.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving with a revoked license and improperly displayed license plates.

Summonses

* Danielle Nicole Whitfield, 37, 1124 Cousin St., received a summons for violating the city's animal license law.

* Megan Sinclair Hempstead, 24, 1406 Mary Ann St., received a summons for assault.

* Shaun Anthony Ander, 24, 720 West Adams St., Jackson, received a summons for an illegal sign violation.

* Vicki Lynne Lantz, 49, 2763 County Road 618, received a summons for an illegal sign violation.

* Nowanna Carter, 45, 617 N. Spanish St., received a summons for harassing phone calls.

* Randolf Vernon Werner, 53, 222 N. Farmington Road, Jackson, received a summons for a fence violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported scratched and dented at 499 Commercial St.

Miscellaneous

* A 57-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

Theft

* A laptop, back pack and head phones were reported stolen at the River Campus.
