* Three juveniles were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
* Kelly Lynn Fuller, 41, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant for domestic assault.
* Randy Joe Green, 46, 1218 College St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, receiving stolen property and failure to signal.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* Meyer Supply, 608 Good Hope St., reported copper stolen.
* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.
Summonses
* Michael M. Myer, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle and no insurance.
* George W. Pendergrass, no age given, 3120 Independence St., was cited for failure to yield.
* Blake A. Kiefer, 21, of Jackson was issued a summons for property damage.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Auburn Place Hotels, 3265 William St., reported property damage and peace disturbance. A 35-year-old man was taken into custody.
