The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Anthony D. Clark, 36, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for seat-belt violations; four Arnold, Mo., warrants for failure to appear on four counts of traffic violations; and on a Richmond Heights, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for property damage.

* Gary E. Kyle, 33, 1911 Brink St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jacob W. Bennet, 18, 2710 County Road 345, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Adam C. Braswell, 26, 1422 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, property damage and possession of marijuana.

* Three subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, being minors in possession of alcohol and speeding.

* Stephanie N. Tucker, 31, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.

* Orlance L. Ray, 23, 111 S. Sunset Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Rent A Center, 2136 William St.

* A burglary, a damaged window and the theft of a laptop computer, television, currency and a wallet were reported at 2319 W. Cape Rock Drive.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft and the fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen.

* AT&T, 3363 Gordonville Road, reported a cellphone stolen.

Property damage

* A window was reported broken at 1729 Paul Revere Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Receiving stolen property was reported.
