The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Chiquita C. Bell, 30, 531 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts/noises.

* Two 12-year-old boys were taken into custody on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of behavior injurious to self or others.

Summons

* Robert D. L. Maglone, 23, 550 S. Hanover St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Property damage

* Damage to a window was reported at 121 Broadway.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Department of Public Safety released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Anamul K. Riad, 19, 298 N. West End Blvd., Apt. 1, received a summons for trespassing.

Thefts

* Assorted DVDs in a black carry case were reported stolen at Towers Complex.

* Two Coach wallets, CDs and cash were reported stolen at Lot 1-20.
