The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Billy W. Bierschwal, 43, 617 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to deliver and manufacture meth.

* Billy J. McGee, 40, 1437 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to deliver and manufacture meth.

* Kevin L. Anderson, 38, 1328 Butler St., was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

* Bryan K. Reid, 29, 1806 William St., was arrested on 10 Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding, improper registration, seat belt violation, financial responsibility, suspended operator's license, probation revocation, trespassing, failure to appear for prohibited acts, trespassing and failure to appear for trespassing.

* Subject in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Racheal R. Dickens, 18, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Spencer's Gifts, 3049 William St.

* Tam B. Ho, 28, of St. Louis was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license, seat belt violation and failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Duane E. Haffner, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, noise.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject in custody pending formal charges of resisting or interfering with arrest.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Keith A. Grah, no age given, of Jackson received a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle and driving while revoked.

* Ombra C. Dockery, 22, 28 N. Hanover St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noises.

* Judith A. Hite, no age given, of Jackson received a summons for failure to yield.

Burglary

* A burglary, the theft of a PlayStation 3 and a damaged window screen were reported at 308 Louis St.

Theft

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1444 Independence St.

* A bicycle and cable with steel lock were reported stolen at 207 N. Park Ave.

* Tires were reported stolen at Plaza Tire Service, 1638 N. Kingshighway.

* Medication was reported stolen at Dollar General Store, 1142 N. Kingshighway.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of order of protection was reported.
