CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
- Driving while intoxicated was reported at Kinsghighway and East Rodney Drive.
- Christopher R. Butler, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving while intoxicated and drinking while driving.
Arrests
- Robert Lee Myers III, 41, 1423 Missouri St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Todd M. Beasley, 44, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 35, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.
- Jeremy A. Penrose, 29, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for improper turn and revoked operator's license.
- Kenneth L. Shoemaker II, 44, of Perkins, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Ryan S. Mosley, 31, 728 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault.
- Christopher A. Beal, 30, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. B202, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- David E. Hagan, 49, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Lacy B. Washer, 34, 1449 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
- David A. Hoffman, 26, 1013 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine.
- Cecil W. Hardin, 59, 1976 Linden St., No. 14, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit or debit device.
- Michael T. Council Jr., 24, 1325 N. Sprigg St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
- Daniel E. Poole, 34, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- A 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and failure to stop for a steady red signal.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug parpahernalia, driving without an operator's license and failure to stop for a steady red signal.
- Dominic T. Bradley, 21, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at Cousin Street and South Henderson Avenue on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.

- Adrian W. Davis, 20, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was issued a summons for resisting arrest at 701 Good Hope St.
- Jiarong Tang, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal city license required and animal neglect at 1441 N. Water St.
- Lisa A. Moit, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 908 S. Sprigg St.
- Allison B. Goodman, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 222 N. Middle St.
