The Cape Girardeau Police Department release the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Tyra Lee Hecht, 24, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 105, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Benny Savage, 48, 542 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Alshaela L. Roundtree, 21, 925 William St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
* Dale W.L. Winters, 21, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for leaving the scene.
* Andrew T. Hanks, 20, 1338 N. Spanish St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for a suspended operator's license and driving while intoxicated.
* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
* Theresa D. Stallings, 54, 216 Oaklane Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Sheetal Baniya, no age given, 329 N. Middle St., Apt. 6, was issued a summons for failure to yield and no valid driver's license.
* Scott D. Conrad, 47, 523 S. Minnesota St., was issued a summons for assault.
* Bryanna S. French, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Adam D. Cromer, no age given, 2631 Jan Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Megan A. Blattner, no age given, 1736 Independence St., was issued a summons for stealing at Dollar General, 64 S. Plaza Way.
* Assault was reported.
* Burglary and theft of a television were reported at 517 S. Benton St.
* Lawn chairs were reported stolen at Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Money was reported stolen at Montgomery Bank, 200 S. Mount Auburn Road.
* Property damage was reported at 635 Good Hope St.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* Making a false report was reported.
* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Child abuse was reported.
