The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Zachary J. Williams, 40, 1037 N. Middle St., C1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, no operator's license, red light violation, failure to yield to oncoming traffic, false declaration and no proof of insurance.

* Zachary S. Laird, 21, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, crossing the center line, failure to drive on right half of road and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Gregory T. Taylor, 34, 110 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Devon M. Dale, 24, 1011 Oak Ridge Court, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

* Ryan A. Sharp, 24, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Matthew D. Martin, 33, 2003 Concord Place, was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* Brandy R. Saunders, 31, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from JC Penny, 200 W. Park Mall.

* Angela Criglar, 39, Malden, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penny.

* Kay-tee L. Pierce, 19, 1222 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Summonses

* Felix A. Lewis Jr., 23, 807 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for animal at large and failure to display a city animal license.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

* A burglary and the theft of an Xbox 360, Xbox controllers and video game were reported at 2819 Whitener St.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

* A windshield on a vehicle was reported damaged at 1006 Big Bend Road.

* Harassment was reported.
