  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with physical evidence and distribution or intent to distribute marijuana.

Summonses

  • Tyler R. Banks, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • A juvenile was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • Alfrae D. Kroninger, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.

  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at 2500 Allendale Drive.
