The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jeanne G. O'Flynn, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for contempt of court.

* Amanda R. Snow, 21, 633 Louis St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Donnie T. Fisk, 26, 821 William St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Phillip D. Howard, 22, of Sikeston, Mo. was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from Walmart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

* Robert E. L. Myers IV, 20, 1423 N. Missouri St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Joshua Michael Fowler, 21, 1005 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Aaron Lee Glueck, 20, 1005 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
