The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Ronald G. Hale, 24, 447 N. Main St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Summonses
* Barbara E. Crowden, no age given, 301 S. Minnesota St., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Douglas D. Foulk, no age given, 1917 Montgomery St., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
* Marlin O. Martin, no age given, of Bernie, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive on right side of the median.
* Earl M. Myhre, no age given, of Mounds, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to drive within one lane.

* Clothing was reported stolen at Macy's, 3049 William St.
