The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Patricia N. Edwards, 25, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and making an improper U-turn.

Arrests

* Dante L. Criddle, 22, 620 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for unlawful use of a weapon and resisting an officer.

* Brandon J. Cole, 28, of St. Louis was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

* Maya R. Smith, 20, 330 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of an intoxicant.

* Brandon L. King, 27, 56 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 407, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Andrew M. Kersbergen, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of imitation controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Gary W. Proffer, 38, 915 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Lance L. Lewis, 27, 2831 Whitener St., No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and armed criminal action.

* Douglas R. Devore, age not given, 534 Washington Ave., was issued a summons for having an unlicensed vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.

* Peter S. Hinman, 63, 1901 Brucher St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Sarah M. Jackson, no age given, of Jonesboro, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.

* Randy L. Gregg, no age given, 839 N. Main St., was issued a summons for violating steady red light.

* Fern Harris, no age given, 3120 Independence St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Bretton Stevens, 35, of Bell City, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Korey Sansone, 21, 1721 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of laptop computers, a camera and cash were reported at the University School For Young Children.

Theft

* A blue bicycle was reported stolen at Dearmont Quadrangle.
