Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Devon B. Wilke, 22, 3016 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for improper registration.
Burglary
* Second-degree burglary was reported at 18 S. Benton St. A cell phone, money, a Wii, a PlayStation 3 and video games were reported stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* A pistol and a revolver were reported stolen at 2107 Brink St.
* A four-wheeler was reported stolen at 1521 Hill St.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.
* Money and a purse were reported stolen and a window was reported damaged at 108 Camellia Drive.
Property damage
* A window and siding on a house were reported damaged at 200 Mason St. Unlawful use of a weapon was also reported at the address.
Miscellaneous
* A 59-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Jeffery Moore, 18, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
* Erica A. Hutor, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
