Arrest

• Pamela C. Martin, 46, of Herrin, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Dollar General, 1142 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Arrests

• Ryan L. Sterling, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
• Andrew J. Turner, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on New Madrid County, Missouri, warrants for child neglect and failure to appear for child neglect.
• Matthew J. Dixon, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.
• James L. Ruble Jr., 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for delivery or possession of dangerous drugs.
• Jermaine C. Terry, 35, of Columbia, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
