Summonses

* James J. Dennnis, 47, 2825 Whitner, Apt. B., and Melvin L. Stewart, 45, 707 Broadway, were issued summonses for assault.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 322 N. Ellis St.

* Cash and a driver's license were reported stolen at 164 Siemers Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary, property damage and theft of a DVD, Nintendo, cash and air mattress were reported at 1422 N. West End Blvd.

Property damage

* Damage to a front right door was reported at 64 S. Plaza Way.

* A broken windshield was reported at 820 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* A card holder was reported lost.
