  • David Wayne Williams, no age given, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of stealing food at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Nicole A. Carelton, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway at William and Broadview streets.
  • David D. Hull, no age given, 274 Estate Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, having an open container and driving while suspended in the 1400 block of David Street.
  • Terrelle T. Hulbert, no age given, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and having no insurance at Broadway and Main Street.

Summonses

  • Yolanda C. Betts, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failing to maintain a single lane and leaving the scene of an accident at Sprigg and Independence streets.
  • Angela R. Curey, 45, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for violating animal leash law, not having a city animal license, being in violation of number of animals and animal neglect.
