The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of assault.

* A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of behaviors injurious to self or others.

* A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of assault.

* A 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were taken into custody on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance.

* Joseph D. Easley, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for failure to appear for assault.

* Dejaun I. McClung, 24, 521 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for resisting arrest.

* Steven L. Williams, 34, 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Deron M. Moore, 26, 415 Bellevue St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing, following too closely, no operator's license, improper registration, seat-belt violation and probation revocation.

* Cedric J. Lucious, 22, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Clinton J. Reynolds, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Aja A. Reutzel, 24, 1303 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

Assaults

* Rape was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary and the theft of jewelry were reported at 2108 Nottingham Lane.

* A burglary, the theft of a television, Xbox 360 and a game and damage to a door frame were reported at 2804 Themis St., Apt. 3.

* A burglary and damage to a television were reported at 1527 N. Spanish St.

* A burglary and damage to a window were reported at 121 N. Henderson Ave.

* A burglary and the theft of a Xbox 360, speaker, DVD receiver, remote and money were reported.

Theft

* A money bag and wallet were reported stolen at 407 N. Kingshighway.

* Money was reported stolen at 102 N. Park St.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Cape Auto Plex, 2550 Independence St., reported a tire and rim stolen.

Property damage

* The Southeast Missourian, 301 Broadway, reported damage to a glass pane.

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 1564 Lexington Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Ratliff Care Center, 717 N. Sprigg, reported trespassing.

* A 48-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Tampering was reported at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
