The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Catherine B. Collins, 54, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Sola Depree Jr., 48, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.
* Tony D. Samuels, 28, 403 S. Green St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of hydrocodone, possession of methamphetamine and felony fleeing.
* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and the possession of methamphetamine precursors with the intent to distribute.
* James E. Fullenwider, 31, 2605 Ranchito Drive, was arrested on a federal warrant for conspiracy to distribute marijuana.
* Harold B. Phillips, 39, 879 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Diedre C. Ward, 39, 408 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation and on a Mississippi County warrant for nonsupport.
* Kristen Elizabeth Miller, 22, 257 Dino Lake, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Zachary Scott Atterberry, 27, 259 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
* John A. Oliver, 27, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license and stealing.
* Donald W. Jaques, 26, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for passing bad checks.
* Janel L. Johnson, 20, 1102 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
* Chrystal L. Harris, 18, 618 N. 103rd St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing perfume from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* Amanda M. Price, 23, 146 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing perfume from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Konstantinous Demopoulos, 51, 1034 Broadway, received a summons for assault.
* A second-degree burglary was reported at 1228 Brookshire Road. Jewelry was reported stolen in the incident.
* Meggie & Mike's, 1901 Independence St., reported clothing stolen.
* A credit card was reported stolen at 114 S. Benton St.
* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* Medicaton was reported stolen at 308 Siemers Drive.
* A television was reported at 1827 Bloomfield St.
* Subwoofers and an amplifier were reported stolen at 1937 Delwin St.
* A radar detector and money were reported stolen at 1929 Delwin St.
* BiState Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1420 Pemiscot St.
* A PlayStation and controller were reported stolen at 1114 W. Mount Drive.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* A stereo, CD player and a Delco battery were reported stolen.
* A cell phone and case were reported stolen at 113 Broadway.
* A vehicle was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
* Cash was reported stolen from a parked vehicle.
* Spencer's Gifts, 3049 William St., reported T-shirts stolen. A 14-year-old was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
* Cape West Laundry, 501 N. Silver Springs Road, reported a door and frame damaged and currency stolen.
* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 1220 N. Missouri St.
* A vehicle's driver-side panel was reported damaged at 3440 Lowes Drive.
* Windows were reported broken at 431 S. Ellis St.
* Harassment was reported.
* A 32-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A protection order was reported violated.
* A 41-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Zachary I. Glidewell, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for public intoxication.
* Larry G. Frank, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.
