The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brittany L. Schrum, 21, of Perkins, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and for no operator's license.

* Joe D. Davis, 26, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Shaya L. Wilcox, 21, 925 Mount Auburn Road, received a summons for nuisance (sanitation) and nuisance (closure of swimming pools).

* Sarah E. Joyce, age not given, 3026 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 13, received a summons for following too closely, operating an unlicensed vehicle and no insurance.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Thefts

* A car hauler trailer was reported stolen at 1601 Independence St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* The fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
