DWIs

* Margaret Betts Linhares, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Jonathan Michael Tobben, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Sandra Gay Slinkard, 43, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Catherine B. Collins, 54, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, striking a legally stopped vehicle and no proof of insurance.

* Tyson J. Shoemaker, 37, 711 Normal Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Antonio Lee Long, 21, 2833 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault and traffic offenses.

* Tierra Shemese Walker, 21, 2579 Lisa Drive, was arrested on a Miner Police Department warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for the unlawful use of a weapon.

* Janisha Aaronnette Alexander, 25, 1260 Linden St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Lindsay D. Newell, 24, 608 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Stephan D. Polk, 19, 125 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Ronald J. Young III, 18, 125 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of marijuana.

* Brandon L. Janssen, 22, 2149 Chesapeake Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, burglary, unlawful possession of a firearm and property damage.

* Timothy A. Kirkpatrick, 48, 1135 Giboney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Robert C. Bobb Jr., 42, 256 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Gary W. Popp, 49, 1336 Howell St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Kanaan A.R. Rhodes, age not given, 1966 Randol Ave., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault.

* Michael Tyrone Council, 40, 631 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summons

* Randall Edward Palen, 48, 2640 Old Cape Road, received a summons for operating a business without a business license at 1751 Independence St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 922 College St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A bathroom sink was reported damaged at 2626 Independence St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 817 Illinois Ave.

* A metal door was reported damaged at 636 S. Spring Ave.

* An exterior door's window was reported damaged at 1030 S. Pacific St.

* Rumors, 36 N. Spanish St., reported a window broken.

Miscellaneous

* A 48-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 33-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
