DWI

* A subject was in custody, pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Nathan Lyce Edwards, age not given, 1907 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody for stealing jewelry from Spencer's Gifts, 3049 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault, stealing and felonious restraint.

Summonses

* Kirk Ryan Stevens, 22, 269 Capaha Trail, received a summons for property damage at Cape Rock Park.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 496 S. Lake Drive.

* A vehicle was reported stolen, but later recovered, at 2857 Cape Lacroix Road.

* Stealing was reported at 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* An air conditioner was reported stolen at 1115 Frederick St., where a fuse box's wires were reported cut.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle's door was reported damaged at 3629 Hopper Road.

Miscellaneous

* Identity theft was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Forcible sodomy, stealing and armed criminal action were reported.
