DWI

* A subject was in custody, pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Nathan Lyce Edwards, age not given, 1907 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody for stealing jewelry from Spencer's Gifts, 3049 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault, stealing and felonious restraint.

Summonses

* Kirk Ryan Stevens, 22, 269 Capaha Trail, received a summons for property damage at Cape Rock Park.
