CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Stacy L. Berger, 35, 203 N. Cavalier Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Jessica L. Sagers, 31, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Tamara J. Hunt, 67, 55 N. Pind Wood Lane, Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 65 S. Plaza Way.
• Cara E. Royer, 28, of McGee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.
• Sierra D. Tilley, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.
• Thomas E. Clemens, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
• Jujuan Bell, 27, 534 N. Fountain St., No. 1, was arrested at South Sprigg Street and Jefferson Avenue on suspicion of receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and distribution, delivering, manufacture or production of marijuana.
• Cole A. Ussery, 19, of Frohna, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Electronics were reported stolen from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Assaults

• Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
• A trailer was reported stolen at Plaza Tire Service, 170 S. Kingshighway.

• An Anthem X bicycle was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
• Theft was reported at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 3015 Themis St.

Burglary

• Burglary and damage to a door were reported at 622 Bellevue St.
• Burglary and damage to a vehicle were reported at 30 N. Hanover St.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at Woodbine Place and Themis Street.
• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
• Property damage was reported at 1918 Sherwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of education requirement for a child was reported.
• A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Identity theft was reported.
• Harassment was reported.
