CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Patrick K. Reeves, 17, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Deangelo R. Huffman, 47, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Lataura J. Tucker, 31, 540 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Camille A. Miller, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

* Shajauna F. Bates, no age given, of Cave City, Ark., was issued a summons for following too close.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault, robbery, property damage and armed criminal action were reported.

Robbery

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported.

Thefts

* Theft of medication was reported at 1618 Oak Lane.

* Theft of a 2009 black two-wheel flatbed trailer was reported at 503 S. Ellis St.

* Property damage and theft were reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Tampering was reported at 241 E. Cape Rock Drive.
