Arrests

  • Xavion Devon Dillon, 20, of Tylertown, Mississippi, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
  • Jennifer Lynn Lowery, 32, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of theft.
  • Leo Edward Knighten, 22, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
  • Randall Duane Fields, 44, 257 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for not having insurance.
  • David R. Smith, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Brian D. Cayce, 22, 843 Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and a stop-sign violation.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of property damage.
