  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

  • Bruce K. Huffman, 56, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for excessive weed growth at 27 S. Benton St.

Thefts

  • A bed frame was reported stolen at 1419 Dunklin St.
  • Theft was reported at Umpkins Beauty Supply, 415 Broadway.
  • Theft was reported at Meyers Logistics, 606 S. Kingshighway.
  • A push lawn mower was reported stolen at 720 Watkins Drive.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen at Auffenburg Kia, 611 S. Kingshighway.
  • A porcelain doll, Super Glue and Gorilla Glue were reported stolen at 1226 N. West End Blvd.
  • Miscellaneous items were reported stolen at 832 S. Kingshighway.

  • A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
