The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Steven R. Force, 44, 2254 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, improper lane changing and violation of a traffic signal.

Arrests

* Wade A. Moore, 42, 426 East Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Janisha A. Alexander, 24, 1260 Linden St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* William T. Ransom, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* Jennifer L. Biler, 24, 102 N. Park St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a revoked operator's license and prohibited acts.

* Anthony Rickell Brown, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Amanda L. Benton, 25, 2759 Ridge Road, Jackson, received a summons for stealing clothing and perfume from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Ave.

* Stephen Lynn Moore, 51, 2038 Woodland Hills Drive, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and harassment was reported.

Thefts

* A debit card was reported stolen at 704 S. Ellis St.

* A purse, clothing, medication, cosmetics and toys were reported stolen at 1010 Elm St.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 24 S. Benton St.

* A television, Xbox 360 and controller were reported stolen at 421 Sheridan Drive.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Medication was reported stolen at 102 N. Park Ave.

Property damage

* A motorcycle was reported damaged at 903 S. Sprigg St.

* Shivelbine's, 535 Broadway, reported a window damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 31-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
