DWI

  • Saki Ligonis, 37, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 12, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Michael Cox, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Katy O'Ferrell's, 300 Broadway.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
  • Jaclyn L. Williams, 29, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Dru Armitage, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
  • Sapphire Kaufman, 27, of McClure, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Justin Perreault, 22, 430 Sheridan Drive, Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
  • Casey M. Stortz, 22, 25 Village Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts

  • Enterprise, 2008 N. Kingshighway, reported a 2016 Ford Fusion stolen.
  • Theft was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • Theft was reported at 335 N. Kingshighway.
  • A firearm was reported stolen.
  • A credit card was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 522 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

  • Leaving the scene of an accident was reported.
  • Violation of an order of protection was reported.
  • Protective custody was reported.
  • Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • A 37-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were taken into protective custody.
  • Violation of an order of protection was reported.
