* Brian D. Thomas, 41, of Park Hills, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving while suspended.
* Stephan D. Anderson, 32, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for larceny.
* Patrick James Abbott, no age given, 815 Illinois Ave., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
* Brenda Lee Neilsen, no age given, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was arrested at on a Bollinger County warrant for assault.
* Cameron Michael Spink, 19, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of theft and possession of alcohol by a minor at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* David A. Mills, 36, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassing communication.
* Laura Lee Jordan, 48, of Dexter, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3049 William St.
* Kevin Christopher Dvorak, 18, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Dylan Michael Kavanaugh, no age given, 371 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and unlawful use of a license.
* Chancellor A. Elfrink, 18, of Whitewater was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Brooke M. Medley-Albrecht, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Kimberly S. Kernon, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* Sara M. Little, 25, of Whitewater was issued a summons for shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
* Angella D. Davis, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
* Amber N. Pigg, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
* Assault was reported at 519 S. Pacific St.
* Assault and property damage were reported.
* First-degree burglary and fraud were reported at 1423 N. Missouri Ave.
* Burglary, theft and tampering with a utility meter were reported at 301 Belle-vue St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 202 S. Mount Auburn Road.
* A refrigerator, dryer and stove were reported stolen at 43 N. Henderson Ave.
* Money was reported stolen from soda machines at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* Theft of an air-conditioning unit and damage to wires and copper pipe were reported at 1008 Bloomfield St.
* Theft was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

* A license, money and credit card were reported stolen at 920 N. Kingshighway.
* A television was reported stolen from Budget Inn, 1448 N. Kingshighway.
* Property damage was reported at Cape County Transit, 829 West End Blvd.
* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraud was reported.
* A visibly intoxicated minor was reported at 444 Marie St.
