DWI

* Brian D. Thomas, 41, of Park Hills, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving while suspended.

Arrests

* Stephan D. Anderson, 32, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for larceny.

* Patrick James Abbott, no age given, 815 Illinois Ave., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.

* Brenda Lee Neilsen, no age given, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was arrested at on a Bollinger County warrant for assault.

* Cameron Michael Spink, 19, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of theft and possession of alcohol by a minor at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* David A. Mills, 36, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassing communication.

* Laura Lee Jordan, 48, of Dexter, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3049 William St.

* Kevin Christopher Dvorak, 18, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Dylan Michael Kavanaugh, no age given, 371 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and unlawful use of a license.
