Cape Girardeau police report 10/5/16

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Julia I. Viviano, 19, of St. Peters, Missouri, as arrested on an Arnold, Missouri, warrant for following too closely.
• William D. Webb, 52, 269 N. Lorimier St., was arrested at 266 Siemers Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
• Darryl E. Tollison, 55, 1114 Jefferson Ave., was arrested at Park Avenue and William Street on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summons

• Brittany N. Whittemore, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage at 509 Middle St.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A firearm was reported stolen at 17 S. Hanover St.
• A BMX bicycle was reported stolen at 1439 Whitener St.
• Golf balls were reported stolen from Cape Girardeau Country Club, 250 Country Club Drive.
• A lawn mower, weed trimmer and miscellaneous items were reported stolen at 720 Jefferson Ave.
• An iPhone and cover were reported stolen at 2026 Kenneth Drive.
