DWI

  • Lisa Marie Smith, 29, 2039 Perryville Road, No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
  • Lori Brown, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear.
  • A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charge of resisting arrest.
  • Dante Criddle, 23, 593 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for suspicion of distribution of marijuana.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute.
  • Glennis M. Stewart, 45, of Lebanon, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage.
  • Sebastian C. Winkler, 23, 24 Camelia Lane, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a revoked operator's license and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Sarah D. Wright, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
  • Michael C. Mathis, 44, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested o a Jefferson County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence and driving while suspended.
  • Darryl E. Tollison, 53, 1115 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Sarah D. Wright, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

  • Montez Baker, 37, 315 S. Middle St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
  • Ammanuel B. Asmare, no age given, of Florissant, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • John E. Hall, no age given, 5227 Highway 177, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
  • Helen E. Copeland, no age given, of Anna, Illinois, was issued a summons for running a red light.
  • Dennis R. Lorch, 66, 312 Mason St., was issued a summons for a sanitation nuisance.

Assault

  • Assault was reported.

  • A pink bicycle was reported stolen at 411 S. Frederick St.
  • A pistol was reported stolen at 503 S. Benton St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 671 Napa Circle.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1732 Luce Street.
  • A 2000 white Dodge Ram truck was reported stolen.
  • Jackets, razor blades, beauty products and miscellaneous pet supplies were reported stolen at 3439 William St.
  • An Illinois license plate was reported stolen at 3006 Wisteria Drive.
  • Dollar General, 1142 N. Kingshighway, reported sodas stolen.
  • An iPhone was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary

  • Burglary was reported at 1570 Grandview Drive.

Property damage

  • A vehicle console was reported damaged and money reported stolen at 105 N. Clark Ave.

Miscellaneous

  • A violation of order of protection was reported.
  • A $20 bill was reported counterfeited at 546 S. Sprigg St.
  • Child molestation was reported.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

  • Enrique Zuniga, 18, of O'Fallon, Illinois, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
