CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to have rear license illuminated.

* Lydia L. Lockridge, 26, 541 S. Hanover St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and false declarations.

* Cotre M.A. Whitaker, 24, 419 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summons

* Courtne A. Turner, no age given, 151 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for improper lane change.

Thefts

* A blue young-sized Yamaha Raptor 80 four-wheeler was reported stolen at 2825 Bevin St.

* Alcohol was reported stolen at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* A table and sheet rock were reported damaged at 1436 Cousin St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
