* Amber N. Bell, 26, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of robbery at 3049 William St.
* Alexis A. Wicks, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of robbery at 3049 William St.
* William A. Storrey, 38, 630 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
* Matthew C. Daniels, 28, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
* Anthony D. Branyon, 45, 1518 William St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* James R. Daniels, 19, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Jajuan D. Bell, 24, 1202 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and domestic assault.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Marcus D. Fields, 26, 605 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Madison County, Ill., warrant for domestic assault and a Perryville, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Chrystal L. Harris, 20, 9 Village Drive, No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for an assault charge.
* Michael J. Boslin, no age given, 1742 New Madrid St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene.
* Bobby R. Irish, 46, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for shoplifting.
* Dorothy E. Engleman, no age given, 348 Engleman Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield right of way.
* William K. Miller, 21, 493 County Road 345, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
* Alharquan A. Abdulaziz, 26, 1219 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
* Gerald L. Ivy, 30, 601 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for stealing.
* Russell S. Schwausch, no age given, 1115 Cape Hills Drive, Apt. 4, was issued a summons for improper passing.

The Department of Public Safety released the following item.
* Cody Boyster, 19, of Fenton, Mo., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
