* Michael B. Hilderbrand, 21, 135 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Kenneth D. Wren, 36, 1315 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of marijuana and failure to appear.

Summonses

* Timothy W. Overturf, 33, of Jackson received a summons for patronizing prostitution.

Burglary

* Community Caring Council, 937 Broadway, reported a burglary and theft of currency.

Thefts

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.
