CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing clothing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Ebonne L. Richardson, 30, 803 Themis St. Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous items from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody at West End Boulevard and Bloomfield Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, expired license plates and driving without insurance.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
- A juvenile was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
- Emilie Statler, 34, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance at Cape County Park South.
- Brandon Ayuso, 20, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at West Park Mall, 3049 William St.
- Marcus D. Betts, 28, was arrested on a warrant at Good Hope and Hanover streets.
- Viquetta A. Williams, 27, of Memphis was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for speeding and no proof of insurance.
- Tony Dale Walden Jr., 25, 45 S. Green Acres Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.
- Tiffany Nicole Copeland, 27, 392 Estate Drive No. 113, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for stealing and trespassing.
- Robert Dean Garrity, 39, 14 N. Fountain St., was arrested at 216 N. Missouri Ave. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for littering in public places.
- Dewayne Everett Bowling, 41, of Jackson was arrested at 216 N. Missouri Ave. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
Summonses
- Bradley A. Jones of St. Louis was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle at U.S. 61 and Broadway.
- David W. Prince, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield at West End Boulevard and Broadway.
