The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Rocky B. Jerls, 25, 2650 Old Hopper Road, No. 21, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Black C. Muser, 34, 36 N. Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 3S, was arrested at 27 N. Ellis St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.
  • Felicia M. Krah, 23, 3008 Themis St., was arrested at 3008 Themis St. on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Robert E. Krerowicz, 35, 3008 Themis St., was arrested at 3008 Themis St. on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing clothing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • Reginald D. Davis, 22, of Carbondale, Illinois, was arrested at 401 Independence St. on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to stop at a stop sign and probation violation.
  • Ginger K. Crockett, 43, 2802 Independence St., was arrested on a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Joseph G. Babich, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at New Madrid Street and Emily Court.
  • Amanda M. Schlosser, 29, was issued a summons for display of certain items prohibited at 1010 Sturdivant St.
  • Jamey L. Chiles, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for false declaration at Benton and Bloomfield streets.

Robbery

  • Robbery was reported at 100 N. Frederick St.

Burglary

  • Burglary and theft of televisions, tools and miscellaneous items were reported at 1823 Stoddard St.

Thefts

  • Several tools and a generator were reported stolen at Robertson Contractors Inc. at South Sprigg Street and Petroleum Road.
  • Theft and forgery were reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
  • Theft and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device were reported.
