CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Michelle L. Daugherty, 32, of Desloge, Missouri, was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

• Barbara Anne Long, 37, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Matthew A. Reynolds, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Jacqueline M. Jones, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Thefts

• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 1800 William St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device reported.
• A debit card was reported stolen.

Robbery

• Robbery was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft of a television and furniture were reported stolen at 1332 N. Spanish St.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 1704 Bloomfield St.
• A window was reported broken at 216 Middle St.

Miscellaneous

• A peace disturbance was reported at 2802 Independence St.
• A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 60-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
