Summonses

* Harvey D. Brown, 19, 121 East Rodney Drive, received a summons for animal neglect.

* Kathleen M. Steinhauser, 49, 1111 Themis St., received a summons for stealing from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported on Bloomfield Road.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Two window air conditioners were reported stolen at 1040 N. Fountain St.

* A motorcycle helmet was reported stolen at 420 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Bank of Missouri, 3000 William St., reported an ATM damaged.

* Hutson's Fine Furniture, 43 S. Main St., reported vandalism to a storage building.

* Brick Street Antiques, 19 N. Spanish St., reported walls spray painted.
