Arrests

  • Dymeisha S. Moore, 20, 129 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and peace disturbance.
  • Michelle Y. Jones, 35, 419 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for probation violation.
  • Steven R. Quinn, 41, of Scott City was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a vehicle crash and failure to appear for probation revocation.
  • Elsi C. Sanchez, 28, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

Summons

  • Joseph C. Wessel, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

  • Passing a lawfully stopped school bus was reported.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
  • A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
