The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Yehan B. Ranasinghe, 20, 507 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no driver's license and failure to maintain single lane.

Arrests

* Matthew D. Cameron, 20, of Steele, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest, probation violation and failure to appear for stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to maintain single lane, violation of traffic control devices, failure to yield to emergency vehicles and careless and imprudent driving.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to return to confinement.

* Dymeshia Shavon Moore, 20, 129 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and peace disturbance.

Summons

* Miracle H. Williams, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

* Stealing was reported at 513 Sycamore Circle.

* Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Stealing and fraudulent use of credit/debit device were reported at 3439 William St.

* A blue bicycle was reported stolen at 35 S. Kingshighway.

* Jack stands and a gas can were reported stolen at 1447 Kingsway Drive.

Burglary

* An iPhone and gun were reported stolen at 2545 Lynnwood Drive.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 621 N. Fountain St.

* Property damage was reported at 1327 Brenda Kay Court.

* An iPhone was reported accidentally damaged at 2524 William Street.

Miscellaneous

* Service was requested.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Negligent burning was reported at 1221 Good Hope St.

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

* Child abuse was reported.
