  • Jeffery Gerding, 18, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia on Independence Street.
  • Eugene Dodds, 25, no address given, was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of assault on a law-enforcement officer, resisting arrest, driving while revoked and a motor-vehicle accident on North Cape Rock Drive.
